TG Life Style Coaching and Advice

My TG Lifestyle coaching is focused on identifying where you are on the spectrum of Gender Identity Issues. I have worked with hundreds of TG women for the last 13 years and seen successes and failures. Many clients are new to gathering information regarding gender issues, having never spoken with anyone about it, and are confused. Many do not have anyone to speak with in there area and are confused by internet information and photos.

My purpose is to help the TG person understanding their GID, and how to live with it in a positive way. I have a wide view of the TG spectrum- as my clients are either serious crossdressers or transsexuals. My coaching helps to you tap into your intuition and together we will establish what percentage of gender relief is best for your life, with the least amount of damage. These options vary with each person.

We work together to understand the extent of your gender dysphoria. Many are concerned about family and career and I am very good at helping you with this. Together, we work to determine what is simply a "dressing gone wild" fantasy and what is true gender dysphoria. This first step helps you determine where to go next. If you feel you need hormones and surgery, then a professional therapist can and should be contacted. I have seen and heard it all. From those who "jump to quickly” with no plan... to those who stay frozen in fear..

This program is unique in that you can choose to have no long-term commitment. All coaching is offered with an option of a one-session-at-a-time basis. You can have as many or as few sessions as you like. (You can also have the option of scheduling multiple sessions with me at a reduced per-session rate.) This is different than virtually all other costly therapy sessions. Although many of these programs are very credible and worthwhile, most are very expensive - and I offer you a "starting point, an objective understanding of the TG spectrum, the pros and cons from what I have seen in hundreds of clients, in all phases of GID. Also, you don't always know if full transition is right for you until you get informed.

We can do the coaching in person or remotely over the telephone. Remote sessions are helpful for those who don’t have access to a local gender therapist. All of my coaching includes email support for at least 60 days after your last session.

Sessions are 85 minutes long and cost $75. Payment can be either Paypal, Credit Cards, or money orders.
